A new build in the heart of the Belmont-Hillsboro neighborhood connects true privacy to the heart of Music City. A historical remodel that was originally built in 1954 will take a historical exterior and pair it with a modern floor plan and interior design. With just a short walk to the affluent 12 South area in Nashville, this project is projected to close in the Fall of 2025.
