Primary Role: Project Manager 

John IV is a dynamic project manager who combines a sharp business sense with a deep passion for creating outstanding homes. After graduating with a Finance degree from Butler University's Lacy School of Business, John quickly transitioned his leadership skills—honed as a Division I baseball player at Butler and the University of Evansville—into the fast-paced world of residential construction. 

Eager to follow in his father's footsteps, John started his homebuilding career with Davidson Homes, where his impressive work ethic and leadership propelled him to manage the company's highest-volume subdivisions. Despite being the youngest on the team, he successfully oversaw the completion and closing of over 80 homes in just a year and a half. 

Now at MacCauley Rowe, John brings an infectious enthusiasm and unwavering dedication to each project, driven by the genuine joy of delivering exceptional, high-quality homes to satisfied homeowners. His winning attitude, team spirit, and attention to detail make him an invaluable asset to the MacCauley Rowe family.
