Christopher Rowe is a partner at MacCauley Rowe, a family-focused residential construction company based in Nashville, Tennessee. Originally from San Diego, California, Christopher earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2014.

Christopher’s career in construction began at age 16, working for a company owned by his father, Chris, on a San Diego public school project. From humble beginnings, he learned early on that success in this industry hinges on doing the small tasks well—maintaining clean, professional, and organized jobsites. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for his later achievements.

In 2019, Christopher returned to Nashville to partner with his father and establish Volunteer State Development, which later became MacCauley Rowe. With a focus on custom homebuilding, Christopher has successfully managed over $11 million in custom builds and more than $8 million in custom spec sales over the past five years. His success is built on strong relationships rooted in integrity—relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. While many builders have the knowledge to construct beautiful homes, Christopher understands that execution depends on these key relationships.

Christopher excels in client management, recognizing that custom homes are often a client’s largest investment. He blends leadership, empathy, and a strong will to set realistic expectations and deliver clients’ dream homes. His approach is centered on creating lasting value and ensuring a positive, seamless building experience.

When he’s not building dream homes, Christopher’s true passion is his family. He enjoys taking his wife, Sarah, and their two children on family road trips, with his kids playing "Would You Rather" in the backseat. Whether it's golfing with his son, biking with his daughter, or playing baseball together, Christopher believes that the best moments in life happen when his family is by his side.
